Regicide is basically chess with a second turn per player - this phase is called the initiative turn and it involves drawing from a pool of initiative points to perform skills and use abilities. This game basically has two modes - classic (chess) and regicide (in both modes regular chess pieces are replaced by fitting Warhammer units).
